Our journey at Momo King began in 2009 in a small, stuffy food truck in the Gloucester Green market in Oxford. We were the only regular food option at the time, but the combination of our hard work, delicious food, and our love for our customers quickly grew not just our business but also the food market in Oxford. Given our growth, we have ventured to bring our offering to this lovely town of Swindon, where we now reside. We first set up shop here in 2017 at the Swindon Outlet, where you can find us every Saturday and Sunday, and we are now proud to serve you at this restaurant as well.

We come from humble roots in rural Nepal, and after serving in the British Gurkha for several decades, our family has now settled in the UK. Momos are essentially Tibeto-Nepali dumplings that you can find in any restaurant you visit in Nepal. Paired with our traditional, homemade tomato sauce, and a hint of extra spice if you prefer, these delicious delicacies are bound to keep bringing you back to us over and over again. In addition to Momos, we also serve many other authentic Nepali dishes. Our food is meant to be home-cooked, so that we can whisk you away to experience Nepali culture and hospitality at its finest.
